I’m Affan Naeem, a platform engineer who lives where Go meets Kubernetes. I build the infrastructure other engineers ship on — the plumbing that keeps software fast, cheap, and out of trouble so the people building the app can move quickly and sleep at night.
In plain terms: I make deploys boring (a merge just goes live), quietly cut the cloud bill by right-sizing clusters and reusing capacity we’d already paid for, and write the fast, invisible Go services that shuttle data between systems. I also help teams see production — logging, tracing, dashboards, even an in-house traffic logger and an AI “SRE bot” — so problems get explained in minutes, not hours.
I’ve been doing this at Bazaar Technologies since 2023, growing from a junior to a senior platform engineer — one cluster, pipeline, and Go service at a time.
